Welcome to the UCLA Microfabrication Laboratory Wiki

UCLA Microlab is a unique, state-of-the-art instructional cleanroom facility committed to education in state-of-the-art micro nanofabrication of MEMS and integrated circuits. The Microlab teaches and supports school-wide multidisciplinary microfabrication laboratory courses in the fields of MEMS and integrated circuits. Courses involve step-by-step processes used to manufacture a variety of MEMS and integrated circuitry devices. The Microlab is currently under the management of the Electrical Engineering Department of the Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science at UCLA.

If this is your first time at the Microlab, please take a look at our Orientation powerpoint.
